Job Context:

S2S IT is the leading ERP Software provider for RMG industries in Bangladesh. We are looking for a technically excellent Software Implementer for HR Module, who is capable of managing garments ERP HR projects and can provide robust solutions in addition to managing, developing and growing the software Implementation team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to implement the software.

2. Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and customized system features.

3. Monitor data entry of the user; and identify data entry or report generation problems.

4. Understanding users’ requirements and assisting for the technical transition of ERP based operations; facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables.

5. Ensure the smooth running of the HR module by coordinating with internal and external teams.

6. Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

7. Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.

8. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

9. Should have human management skills.

10. Should have skill in Excel & able to create reports & formats with formulas.

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline

2. Bachelor degree having a major in HRM will be considered as an added advantage.


Experience Requirements:

1. Work experience in the HR Department of the RMG sector will get preference.

2. Strong knowledge about HR and Payroll Policy will get preference.

3. Overall idea about HRIS will get extra preference.

4. ERP implementation experience will get extra preference.
